What is Sacred Geometry?
Superficially, sacred geometry is wildly known to be extremely aesthetically pleasing because of its perfect mathematical ratios. Although, on a deep level these perfect structures act as the blueprint for all of existence. It is the invisible fabric of the universe that is in plain sight. There are many different geometrical shapes and patters that energetically hold sacred "codes" - I use the word "codes" as in reference to something that holds DNA, but make it energetic frequencies that hold divine knowledge. Sacred geometry is the space in between. It's where the It is found everywhere- some ratios are in the spirals of a cauliflower, the shape of our DNA, sea shells, flowers, and the cosmos. I also have had some plant medicine experiences in which I was clearly seeing sacred geometry woven into everything around me - pretty cool, right? Now let's go ahead and dive into each symbol.
The Seed of Life
The Seed of Life is a symbol with seven perfect circles over lapping each other with one of the circles in the middle. The middle circle signifying the "body", the top circles being the ethereal realms, and the bottom being the physical realms. Or, in other terms, the upper circles being the 5D, the lower circles being the 3D, and the middle the 4D. The seven circles are also said to reflect the seven days of creation. If you take a look at the Seed of Life, it also appears as there is a tiny, blooming flower in the middle of it. The seed is a beggining of a journey, holding all of the information needed in order to blossom. From bacteria, to stars, there always a beginning, and this is where the journey starts. The lesson that the Seed of Life teaches is that of health, the interconnectedness of all life, how we are birthed whole and health is our birthright. We are all creators of own own reality and we really unlock our fullest potential through balancing our health; mind, body and soul while remembering our connection to everything around us.
The Flower of Life
The Flower of Life is a symbol in which is believed to depict the fundamental forms of space and time and that all life is part of a divine, geometric plan. It is also known as the blueprint of the universe, containing the basis for the design of every atom, molecular structure, life form and everything in existence. Physically, it is a geometric symbol that typically consists of nineteen overlapping circles that are spaced evenly apart. It is also said that the Flower holds the Akashic energy that runs throughout the entire universe and all of its beings. Akasha (ākāśa आकाश) is the Sanskrit word for 'aether', 'sky', or 'atmosphere'. Another fact in which is interensting about the Flower is that it can hold all geometric shapes, along with sacred geometry shapes like Metatron's Cube, the Merkaba, and Platonic Solids. The oldest finding of the Flower of Life was discovered at the Temple of Osiris at Abydos, Egypt. You can also find the Flower at the Golden Temple in Amritsar, Buddhist temples, and throughout Japan, Spain, China, India, and many other countries. There is no coincidence in how this ancient symbol was found throughout many lands and has now taken off in the modern day. The Flower of Life is an encompassing visualization of truth, and that truth represents the unity within everything. As you can see, the Flower is without a doubt one of the most powerful ancient symbols.
The Fibonacci Sequence
We basically live in a mathematical vortex. The universe being the computer grid in which hosts all of life. Beyond our physicality lays underlying rules and systems so life is able to effortlessly create and flow. That's where sacred geometry comes into play, especially the Fibonacci Sequence. It is the number sequence 0,1,1,2,3,5,8,13... to infinity. The space between these numbers is what gives us the ratio of 1.618. This number is the flow of the natural order of the universe and the building ratio to life. What is cool, besides, of course it being the rhythm of life, is that the Fibonacci sequence can be seen and heard in music. The Greeks, Romans, Egyptians and Chinese all depict this ratio in their artwork along with many music composers. The Egyptians fuzed math and art in the structure of their pyramids and Pythagoras discovered the golden proportions of the human body. Some examples of where you can visually see this sequence would be: sunflowers, broccoli or cauliflower.
